TERMS OF USE

After selecting a Villa you will be able to view the available dates. Send us an email inquiry after entering the required data.

CHECK IN: from 4 until 7 p.m
CHECK OUT: until 9:30 a.m
After arrival at the accommodation facility, guests hand over personal documents (passports or identity cards) of all persons to the host facility, in order to report to the authorities.

RESERVATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

An advance payment of 30% is required to secure your reservation.

Payment is by bank transfer (due within 5 days from the offer). You will receive a booking confirmation after receiving the payment.
The remaining 70% payment is possible by bank transfer or cash after arrival.
All prices include VAT and local tax for all members.

ADDITIONAL COSTS (payment upon arrival at the facility )

Damage deposit in cash : EUR 400,00

If required, any damages will be deducted from the deposit amount. Any damage caused during your stay will be deducted from the amount of the damage deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel your booking, it is necessary to contact us in written form at villa.anastasia9@gmail.com and explain the reasons for cancellation.
The deposit is refundable up to 30 days before arrival.
