HOUSE RULES
We would like to introduce you to the house rules so that your stay in our house would be pleasant, and for all additional information, read the information book or contact the host.
Adherence to the House Rules is something that is expected from every guest.
- The accommodation is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 9:30 on the day of departure.
- After arrival at the accommodation facility, guests hand over personal documents (passports or identity cards) of all persons to the host facility, in order to report to the authorities.
- During your stay, the hosts are at your service for all information and assistance.
- During their stay in the facility, guests take care of the order and cleanliness of the accommodation. Garbage cans are located next to the parking lot. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of recyclable packaging in their designated area. It is desirable to leave the house in the condition in which it was received when leaving. Thorough arrangement and cleaning of the house is done by the host after each departure of guests.
- The host provides pool cleaning on Saturdays or otherwise by arrangement with the guest.
- Thank you for following the safety instructions posted at the pool.
- The host provides guests with towels, bed linen, tea towels, toilet paper, toiletries, cleaning and washing dishes and deck chairs.
- Bed linen is included in the price of the stay and is changed at each shift of guests, and guests staying more than 7 days are given clean bed linen every 7 days.
- Towels are included in the price and the guest has one large, one medium and one small towel per week. Used towels are left in a special basket in the toilet.
- Guests are kindly requested to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the accommodation, as the host is not responsible for their eventual disappearance.
- Don’t leave valuables in cars.
- When going out, we ask guests to turn off electrical appliances (except possibly one light fixture), close faucets, close windows, and lock doors.
- Please do not leave the air conditioner on while you are out and don’t use it with the windows and doors open.
- During possible storms, as well as when going outside, we ask guests to close their parasols and store their cushions.
- The host has no right to enter the rented accommodation unit in the absence of the guest. Exceptions are special circumstances in which it is necessary to go inside in order to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guests about his entry in the first subsequent contact. In case of justified suspicion of the host that damage has been done and when there is a justified suspicion of violation of house rules, guests are obliged to allow him to enter the accommodation for inspection.
- Pets are not allowed on the couch or bed.
- Weapons, flammable and explosive substances, substances with a strong or unpleasant odor are not allowed in the accommodation.
- During their stay, guests can use all the offered devices inside the house with the obligation to follow the instructions and handle them carefully.
- The use of equipment and devices that are not an integral part of the offer of the house is allowed only with the consent of the host. This rule does not apply to electrical personal care appliances.
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, and candle lighting is not allowed for safety reasons, so we are grateful that you adhere to it.
- We ask all potential smokers to use the space under the canopy for smoking, all with the use of an ashtray.
- It is not allowed to move furniture inside the accommodation or take out the equipment from the interior outside the house (chairs from the kitchen to the terrace).
- We are grateful that you keep the correctness of our sports equipment and return it to the intended place after possible use.
- We ask our guests to constantly protect the environment, to protect the rented accommodation unit and to treat the furniture and equipment in the interior and exterior of the house with consideration. We are especially grateful to you for that.
- Persons who are not registered in the accommodation are not allowed to spend the night or stay all day, nor to use the inventory without the express permission of the host.
- If guests intend to be absent for 2 days or more, please inform the host in advance.
- In case of a malfunction of the equipment or devices within the accommodation, please notify the host immediately, and they will try to remove it as soon as possible.
- You will not find other useful information in the information book.
The house rules are compiled according to special customs in catering and tourism.
